基层党组织建设质量评价体系与保障机制研究

摘　　要：党组织建设质量评价体系是推动全面从严治党、提升党建工作质量、落实党建工作责任的关键举措。针对当前质量考核评价工作中尚存在的诸多问题,通过理论研究与实践探索,提出要从考评机构、考评指标、考评方式和结果运用等四个维度健全质量评价体系,从“认知、理念、行动、结果”等四个层面完善质量评价体系的保障机制,从而不断提升高校基层党组织建设质量。The quality evaluation system of Party organization construction is a key measure to promote comprehensive strict party governance, improve the quality of Party construction work, and implement the responsibility of Party construction work. In view of the many problems existing in the current quality assessment and evaluation work, and through theoretical research and practical exploration, this paper proposes to improve the quality assessment system from four dimensions: assessment institutions, assessment indicators, assessment methods and application of results, and proposes to improve the guarantee mechanism of the quality evaluation system at the four levels of "cognition, concept, action and result", so as to continuously improve the quality of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in colleges and universities.
