摘 要:新建济南至滨州高速铁路济阳黄河公铁两用特大桥主桥为(84+144+228+240+300+120+60)m矮塔钢桁梁斜拉桥。其索塔锚固区为空间构造,结构和受力相对较为复杂。为研究该桥索塔锚固区锚固结构的力学性能,本文利用有限元分析软件MIDAS FEA建立了索塔锚固构造的精细化有限元模型,主要研究在主+附作用下的锚固结构的应力变化规律、斜拉索的索力变化对于锚固结构疲劳特性的影响以及板件厚度对于锚固结构力学性能的影响。结果表明:(1)锚固结构在各类荷载的作用下,各个板件均处于弹性状态,各个板件的等效应力均小于疲劳容许应力幅,满足设计要求;(2)合理增加承压板和锚垫板板厚可以有效提高钢锚箱的力学性能。The main bridge of the Jiyang Yellow River Highway-Railway Combined Grand Bridge of the new Jinan-Binzhou High-speed Railway is an(84+144+228+240+300+120+60)m extra-dosed cable-stayed bridge with steel truss girder.The anchorage zone of the cable support tower is a spatial structure with relatively complicated structure and stress.In order to study the mechanical properties of the anchorage structure in the anchorage zone of the cable support tower,a refined finite element model of the anchorage structure of the cable support tower is established by using the finite element analysis software MIDAS FEA to mainly study the stress change law of the anchorage structure under the main+auxiliary action,the effect of the cable force change of the stay cable on the fatigue characteristics of the anchorage structure and the effect of the plate thickness on the mechanical properties of the anchorage structure.The results show that:(1)Under the action of various loads,each plate of the anchorage structure is in an elastic state.The equivalent stress of each plate is less than the allowable stress range of fatigue,which meets the design requirements.(2)Reasonably increasing the thickness of the bearing plate and the anchor plate can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the steel anchor box.
