摘 要:本文主要探索工业机器人在乘用车六/七人座SUV二排重型骨架高装载率的装箱过程应用,前期通过对产品在装箱过程中产生的重心变化进行研究,再结合整个过程的3D模拟技术分析,初步获得了机器人抓取重型骨架装箱的可行性方案。通过实际运行过程中不断对夹具进行改进与优化,最终得到了低成本、高兼容性的最佳装箱方案。The application of industrial robot in the packing process of six/seven-seater SUV two row heavy skeleton with high loading rate was explored.In the early stage,through the research on the change of center of gravity during the packing process,combined with the analysis of 3D simulation technology of the whole process,the feasibility scheme of robot grasping heavy skeleton packing was preliminarily obtained.Through the continuous improvement and optimization of the fixture in the actual operation process,the best packing scheme with low cost and high compatibility was finally obtained.
