摘  要:颤藻是蓝藻门中常见的丝状蓝藻,该目在分类学上存在较大的问题,其简单的形态与遗传异质性不一致.本研究于2020年9月在山西省长治市八泉峡分离出一株丝状蓝藻(编号为BQX-1),通过光学显微镜观察记录藻丝体的结构特征,并基于16S rRNA基因以及cpcBA-IGS基因进行系统发育研究.结果表明,BQX-1在形态上与Potamolinea的形态特征相似.依据两个基因(16S rRNA和cpcBA-IGS)的系统发育树表明BQX-1与Potamolinea在系统发育树上聚为一支.且与NCBI数据库中Potamolinea相似度为98.38%.可表明该丝状蓝藻属于Potamolinea.As a common filamentous cyanobacteria,Oscillatoriales have a great problem in taxonomy,and the simple morphological feature were inconsistent with heterogeneous nature.A filamentous cyanobacteria was isolated from Baquan gorge,Changzhi(BQX-1),the structural characteristics of filaments were observed and recorded by optical microscope,and the phylogeny was studied based on 16S rRNA and cpcBA-IGS gene.The results showed that the morphological characteristics of BQX-1 were similar to those of Potamolinea.The phylogenetic tree based on the two genes showed that BQX-1 and Potamolinea were clustered into one branch,and the similarity with NCBI database was 98.38%.The results indicated that the filamentous cyanobacteria belonged to Potamolinea.
