国际健美健身竞赛规则演变与我国应对策略的研究

摘　　要：探寻国际健美健身竞赛规则演变与我国健美健身竞赛规则的演进,根据国际健美健身联合会健美健身竞赛规则的要求,规范我国健美健身竞赛标准,接轨国际竞赛新规则及裁判法,中国健美协会组织修订完成2015版及2021版健美健身竞赛规则及裁判法。主要采用文献资料法和专家访谈法等,探究国际健美健身竞赛规则与中国2015版规则的实践,增设项目、评分体系、评判标准、赛制影响以及2021版规则的修订,新增项目的主要特征等。紧跟国际规则新趋势,构建健美健身新格局。经过规则修订调整和培训实践,提升了我国健美健身裁判员的执裁和运动员的竞技水平,促进了健美健身运动的普及与提高,赛制赛事更加规范精彩,进一步促使我国健美健身竞赛表演产业的发展,引领全民健身,增进全民健康。Explore the evolution of international bodybuilding competition rules and the development of China's bodybuilding competition rules according to the requirements of the fitness competition of the International Federation of Bodybuilding Fitness rules,the fitness competition in China is standardized,which is connection of with the new regulations and judgment law of the international competition.The Chinese Association of Bodybuilding Fitness has successively revised and completed the rules and judgment law of the bodybuilding competition in the 2015 and 2021 editions.This paper mainly uses the data method and expert interview method to explore the practice of international bodybuilding fitness competition rules and the rules of China's 2015 edition,adding items,scoring system,evaluation criteria,and the competition system's impact.And the revision of the 2021 edition mainly features new projects,etc.Follow the recent trend of international rules and build a unique pattern of bodybuilding fitness.Through the regulation revision,adjustment and training practice,our bodybuilding referees's execution and athletic level have been improved,the popularization and improvement of bodybuilding and fitness have been promoted,the competition system has become more standardized.Lastly,the development of the performance industry of bodybuilding fitness competitions in China has been further promoted,leading the national fitness and promoting the health of the whole people.
