小型菘蓝种子脱皮清选机的研制

摘　　要：菘蓝具备良好的抗病毒和保健作用,其根叶是常用药品的关键成分,但批量化种植生产缺乏专用生产设备。菘蓝种子脱皮后可有效防止空壳播种,有效加快出苗时间,降低生产成本。本文设计了一种小型菘蓝种子脱皮清选机,通过对菘蓝种子进行脱皮分选处理,便于实现机械化种植,解决了播种困难的难题。研究结果为菘蓝批量化种植设备的研制提供参考。Isatis indigotica possesses good antiviral and health effects and is a key component of commonly used pharmaceuticals,but the batch planting production lacks dedicated production equipment.Dehulling of lsatis indigotica seeds can effectively prevent empty shells from being sown,effectively speed up seedling emergence time and reduce production costs.In this paper,a small-scale lsatis indigotica seed peeling machine was designed to facilitate mechanized planting by peeling and sorting lsatis indigotica seeds,which solves the difficult problem of sowing.It provided a reference for the development of batch planting equipment for lsatis indigotica.
