摘　　要：本文介绍了巴旦木初加工工艺及机具配套情况,重点介绍了巴旦木脱青皮机、巴旦木分级机、巴旦木破壳机、巴旦木壳仁分离机及主要技术参数,通过对比试验测算统计出巴旦木机械化作业与人工作业在生产效率和经济性上的差异,为巴旦木初加工机械化推广应用提供参考。The primary processing technology and supporting equipment of almonds were introduced in this paper,Meanwhile,the almonds peeling machine,classifier,shell breaker,shell kernel separator and main technical parameters were highlightd,Through comparative test calculation,the differences in production efficiency and economy between almonds mechanization and manual operation were calculated,so as to provide reference for the popularization and application of almonds primary processing mechanization.
