摘  要:随着人们对藜麦及其产品认知的加深、我国藜麦种植规模的快速扩大及市场对藜麦产品需求的日渐增多,急需藜麦加工工艺及设备的改进、完善和创新。目前国内藜麦加工多采用南美引进的传统湿法加工技术,存在出米率低、加工成本高、水资源浪费、环保压力大、产品质量不稳定等问题。介绍了一种全新的藜麦米干法加工工艺,并对其各工段工艺流程、工艺要点和技术要求进行了详细的论述和解析。对国内藜麦加工产业的技术提升和进步具有一定的指导意义。As the deepening of the cognition of quinoa and its products,the rapid expansion of quinoa grown in China and the market's growing demand for quinoa products,be badly in need of quinoa improvement of processing technology and equipment,improve and innovation.At present domestic quinoa processing adopt mostly traditional wet processing technology of South America.But the problems existing in the processing technology are low milled rice rate,the waste of water resources,environmental protection pressure,such as unstable product quality.This paper introduces a kind of brand-new quinoa meters dry process,describes and analysises in detail the technological process and the stages,the key points of technology and technical requirements in detail.It has a certain guiding significance to the domestic quinoa processing industry upgrading and rapid progress of technology.
