定数截尾场合下三参数陈氏分布的位置参数估计

摘　　要：针对Chen Zhenmin提出的具有浴盆失效率的两参数寿命分布,通过引入位置参数,得到了具有位置参数的三参数陈氏分布,在定数截尾场合下构造了含有位置参数的枢轴量,通过Monte Carlo模拟得到了该枢轴量的分位数、期望及方差,并由此求得了位置参数的逆矩估计与置信下限。According to two-parameter life distribution with bathtub failure rate proposed by Chen Zhenmin,a three-parameter Chen’s distribution with the location parameter is obtained by introducing the location parameter.The pivot with the location parameter is constructed under the case of Type-Ⅱ censoring.The quantiles,expectation and variance of the pivot are obtained by Monte Carlo simulations,and the inverse moment estimation and confidence lower limit of the location parameter are obtained.
