摘　　要：为明晰地铁防护工程的军事利用价值,采用模糊聚类分析方法,建立了地铁人防工程军事利用价值的分析模型。根据地铁人防工程的主要特点提出了与之匹配的军事利用价值二级评价指标体系,在此基础上对模糊聚类的分析过程进行了描述,结合具体的实例,分析地铁人防工程的军事利用价值。分析结果提高了对于地铁人防工程的选择优选性,也兼顾了不同地铁人防工程选择方案的相似之处,为决策者提供多样化的选择。对于地铁人防工程军事利用价值的研究能够为其平战转换时的应用以及战时多个地铁人防工程间的统筹安排提供参考。Along with the vigorous development of underground space,the number of subway human defense projects is also increasing.In order to clarify the military utilization value of subway protection projects,the analysis method of fuzzy clustering is used to establish the analysis model of military utilization value of subway human defense projects,and the matching secondary evaluation index system of military utilization value is proposed according to the main characteristics of subway human defense projects.Based on this,the analysis process of fuzzy clustering is described,and the analysis of military utilization value of subway human defense projects is carried out with specific examples.The analysis results improve the decision makers’preferences for the selection of subway human defense projects,while taking into account the similarities of different subway human defense project options,and provide diverse choices for decision makers.The study of the military utilization value of subway human defense projects can provide a reference for its application during the conversion from horizontal to combat and the arrangement between multiple subway human defense projects during wartime.
