摘　　要：设R是交换环,u∈R是非零因子.引入u-Matilis余挠模的概念:设L是R-模,若Ext^(1)_(R)(R u,L)=0,则L称为u-Matlis余挠模.利用u-Matilis余挠模的相关性质给出G-整环的模刻画,证明G-整环是Matlis整环.Let R be a commutative ring and u∈R be a non-zero divisor.In this paper,we defined and studied the u-Matilis cotorsion module.Let L be R-module.If Ext_(1)^(R)(R u,L)=0,then L is called u-Matilis cotorsion module.By using the related properties of u-Matilis cotorsion module,the module characterization of G-domain is given and it is proved that G-domain is Matlis domain.
