摘 要:针对水热法提取半纤维素耗时长、提取率低等不足,探讨了利用碱法提取玉米秸秆中半纤维素的工艺条件。采用单因素实验考察了液比、氢氧化钾质量浓度、保温温度、保温时间等因素对半纤维素提取率的影响,优化了玉米秸秆中半纤维素的碱法提取工艺条件。碱法提取半纤维素的较适工艺条件为液比1∶12、碱液质量浓度60 g/L、保温温度80℃、保温时间120 min,较适条件下半纤维素的提取率为21.52%。红外光谱分析结果表明,液相分离提纯所得半纤维素产品主要成分为聚木糖。产品为下游生产功能性低聚糖提供了原料来源。Regarding the disadvantages of time-consuming and low extraction rate of hemicellulose by hydrothermal method,the technological conditions of extracting hemicellulose from corn stalk by alkaline method were investigated.The effects of solid-to-liquid ratio,potassium hydroxide concentration,holding temperature and holding time on the extraction rate of hemicellulose were studied by single-factor experiments.The technological conditions of alkaline extraction of hemicellulose from corn stalk were optimized.The optimum technological conditions for alkaline extraction of hemicellulose were solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶12,alkaline solution mass concentration of 60 g/L,holding temperature of 80℃and holding time of 120 min.Under the optimum conditions,the extraction rate of hemicellulose was 21.52%.The results of infrared spectrum analysis showed that the main component of hemicellulose product obtained by liquid phase separation and purification was xylan,which provided a source of raw materials for downstream production of functional oligosaccharides.
