摘 要:由于含油污水的复杂成分,配注混合后聚合物溶液在井口黏度很难达到开发指标要求,从而影响开发效果。为了解决三元/聚合物体系黏度问题,在污水配制时采取空气压缩机曝氧污水,并在油田首次采用注水站和配制站双曝氧的方式,使污水中含有足够的氧,还原性介质在水中减少或消失,到注入站与聚合物反应时便已消失,不会导致聚合物降解,从而保持聚合物的黏度。污水在注水站曝氧后,含氧浓度平均为4.30 mg/L,曝氧后均大于油田公司曝氧后污水含氧量设计要求。增加配制站曝氧后,每立方米污水可节省干粉费用1.64元,井口黏度合格率从投产初期11%上升至97%。Due to the complex composition of oily wastewater,it is difficult for the viscosity of the polymer solution at the wellhead to meet the development index requirements after the injection and mixing,which affects the development effect.In order to solve the viscosity problem of the ternary polymer system,the air compressor is used for aeration during sewage preparation,and the double aer-ation method of water injection station and preparation station is adopted in the oilfield for the first time so that enough oxygen will react with the reducing medium in the sewage to control the existence of the reducing medium.The reducing medium is diminished or disappeared in the water,and it is destroyed when it reacts with polymer at the injection station,so it will not cause polymer to degrade,thereby maintaining the viscosity of the polymer.After aeration in the water injection station,the oxygen con-tent in sewage is 4.30 mg/L on average,which is greater than the oilfield company's design requirement for the oxygen content of the sewage after aeration.After adding oxygen in the preparation station for aeration,the cost of dry powder can be saved by 1.64 yuan/m3,and the pass rate of wellhead viscosity is increased from 11%to 97%at the initial stage of production.
