摘 要:随着老油田非常规开采方式的深度应用,体积压裂采出液中含有大量表面活性剂驱油产物进入采出液,致使采出液性质稳定,油水分离难度大,高能耗、高药剂处理成本影响油田稳定生产。同时,大量化学破乳剂的运用不符合HSE安全管理模式,而生物破乳剂是利用微生物发酵液高表面活性的生物分子,具有环境友好,易生物降解等特点,为此,研究了生物破乳剂的筛选方法、评价方法及发酵液工艺,并在新疆油田某区块开展采出液生物破乳效果现场试验,且与化学破乳剂性能进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:生物破乳剂加药浓度80 mg/L时,沉降2 h,原油含水率为1.84%;现场投加化学破乳剂时,加药浓度100 mg/L,沉降2 h,原油含水率为8.43%。生物破乳剂加药浓度降低20%,原油含水率下降78.2%,生物破乳技术具有明显的优势。开展此项研究,对指导新型高效生物破乳剂产品的开发,具有十分重要的理论意义和应用价值。With the deep development of unconventional production methods of old oilfields,a large amount of oil displacement products containing surfactant enter the volume fracturing produced fluid,re-sulting in stable properties of the produced emulsion,difficulty in oil-water separation,high energy con-sumption,and high chemical treatment costs,which affect the stable production of oilfields.At the same time,the use of a large number of chemical demulsifiers conflicts with the HSE safety management mod-el.Biological demulsifiers are biomolecules that use the high surface activity of microbial fermentation broth,which are environmentally friendly and easy to biodegrade.For this,this paper studies the screen-ing methods,evaluation methods,and fermentation broth technology of biological demulsifiers,and a field test on the biological demulsification effect of produced fluids is carried out in a block of Xinjiang Oilfield,and a comparative analysis of the performance with chemical demulsifiers is made.The test re-sults show that when the concentration of biological demulsifier added is 80 mg/L,the sedimentation time is 2 hours,the water content of crude oil is 1.84%.When chemical demulsifier is added on site,the concentration of chemical demulsifier added is 100 mg/L,sedimentation time is 2 hours,and the water content of crude oil is 8.43%.The concentration of biological demulsifier added is reduced by 20%,and the water content of crude oil is reduced by 78.2%.Biological demulsification technology has obvious advantages.Carrying out this research has very important theoretical significance and application value for guiding the development of new high-efficiency biological demulsifier products.
