摘 要:地面工程建设规模不断扩大,能耗井点随之增加。为遏制地面系统能耗逐年上升的趋势,通过分析集输系统耗气现状,剖析影响天然气消耗增长的关键问题,寻求降低集输系统天然气消耗的解决对策,深度挖掘节能潜力,最大程度降低系统能耗。采取降低系统用水、控制辅助用能、优化设备运行等一系列针对性措施,节气效果显著,年减少天然气消耗4345×10^(4) m^(3),节约生产运行费用2440万元。The scale of surface engineering construction continues to expand,and the energy con-sumption of wells increases accordingly.In order to curb the rising trend of the energy consumption of the ground system year by year,the current situation of gas consumption is analyzed in the gathering and transportation system by analyzing the key issues affecting the growth of natural gas consumption,seeking solutions to reduce the natural gas consumption in the gathering and transportation system,deeply tapping the energy saving potential and minimizing the system energy consumption.Taking a series of targeted measures is remarkable such as reducing system water consumption,controlling auxil-iary energy consumption,and optimizing equipment operation,especially the level of the production and operation is significantly improved compared with last year,the annual natural gas consumption is reduced by 43.45 million cubic meters,particularly the cost of the production and operation is saved by 24.4 million yuan.
