摘 要:矿山地质环境评价是促进矿产资源合理开发利用和矿山环境保护的重要举措,同时也是国土部门进行矿山监管和规划的重要参考依据.本文基于2019年三江北矿产开发环境遥感监测调查资料,在分析影响矿山地质环境问题发育因素的基础上,选取了地质环境背景条件、地质环境问题现状以及矿业开采活动3种要素下的9个评价指标,采用确定性系数和信息量耦合模型开展了攀枝花市矿山地质环境影响性评价.研究表明:(1)确定性系数与信息量耦合模型的矿山地质环境影响性分区为严重影响区(5.22%)、较严重影响区(11.4%)、一般影响区(39.79%)和轻微影响区(43.6%),严重和较严重影响区主要分布在仁和区宝顶煤矿、东区朱家包包兰尖铁矿、盐边县红格铁矿、米易县潘家田铁矿、青杠坪仰天窝铁矿、白马铁矿和花岗岩矿等矿区,并分析了存在的问题和提出了对应的建议措施;(2)工程地质岩组、植被覆盖度、土地压占与损毁、开采规模和开采方式是影响矿山地质环境问题点分布的主要控制因子;(3)经过ROC曲线验证,加权耦合模型的AUC值为0.918,评价结果科学可靠.评价结果为防治和治理矿山环境污染和进行生态环境恢复治理提供参考依据,是推动绿色矿山和矿山环境恢复治理的首要之举.Mine geological environment assessment is an important measure to promote rational exploitation and utilization of mineral resources and mine environment protection,and also an important source of reference for the departments in charge of land and resources for their supervision and planning of mines.Based on the data from the remote sensing monitoring survey of mineral development environment in Sanjiangbei in 2019,geological environment background conditions,geological environment problems plus nine evaluation indices under the three elements of mining activities were selected on the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the development of geological environment problems in mines.The influence evaluation of mine geological environment in Panzhihua city was carried out by coupling model of deterministic coefficient and information amount.It is found that:1)According to the coupling model of certainty coefficient and information amount,the impact of mine geological environment can be divided into severe impact area(5.22%),relatively serious impact area(11.4%),general impact area(39.79%)and slight impact area(43.6%).The serious and relatively serious affected areas are mainly distributed in Baoding Coal mine in Renhe District,Baolanjian Iron mine in Zhujiabao,Hongge Iron mine in Yanbian County,Panjiatian Iron mine in Miyi County,Yangtianwo Iron mine in Qingjiabing,Baima iron mine and granite mine.The existing problems are discussed and corresponding measures are put forward.2)The Engineering geological rock group,vegetation coverage,land occupation and damage,mining scale and mining method are the main control factors affecting the distribution of mine geological environment problem points.3)After ROC curve verification,the AUC value of the weighted coupling model is 0.918,and the evaluation result is scientific and reliable.The evaluation results can provide reference for the prevention and control of mine environmental pollution and the restoration and management of ecological environment,which is the first
