摘 要:目前,我国高校内部管理体制主要以行政权力为主导,这是由我国的国家性质、经济发展水平和高校内部管理体制的历史发展形成的。随着时代的发展,现行的高校内部管理体制暴露出许多亟须解决的问题,高校内部管理主体责任不清,内部管理行政化倾向明显,学术权力受到排挤出现边缘化倾向,教师、学生等多元主体参与管理的能动性降低,育人成效受到影响。将“三全育人”理念引入高校内部管理体制改革,有助于高校合理调整内部管理结构、兼顾高校多方面发展诉求、贯穿高校改革发展始终,从而能更好地推进高校内部管理体制改革,提升高校教育的质量和水平。At present,the internal management system of Chinese colleges and universities is mainly dominated by administrative power,which is formed by the influence of the national nature,economic development level and historical development of the internal management system of Chinese colleges and universities.Today,with the rapid development of economy and society,the current internal management system of colleges and universities exposes many problems that need to be solved urgently.The responsibility of the main body of internal management in colleges and universities is unclear,the tendency of internal management to be administrative is obvious,the academic power is squeezed out,and there is a tendency to be marginalized.The motivation of multiple subjects such as teachers and students to participate in management is reduced,and the effect of educating people is affected.Introducing the educational concept of“San Quan”Education into the reform of the internal management system of colleges and universities will help colleges and universities to reasonably adjust the internal management structure,take the various development demands of colleges and universities into account,and run through the reform and development of colleges and universities,so as to better promote the development of colleges and universities.The reform of the internal management system of colleges and universities will improve the quality and level of college education.
