摘 要:喇叭馈源是反射面天线的核心部分,直接影响着天线的工作频带和综合性能。随着天线口径的加大,喇叭重量也随之递增,四脊喇叭减重问题也迫在眉睫,而碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)由于具有低密度、高比强度、低热膨系数、高热稳定性、耐腐蚀等优点,采用该复合材料制作四脊喇叭是解决其重量问题的有效方法。本文对复合材料四脊喇叭进行了结构设计,建模仿真、工艺设计及制造,并通过电气测试验证其可行性,以期为后续复合材料喇叭设计及工程应用提供借鉴。The feed is the core part of the reflector antenna,which directly affects the working frequency band and comprehensive performance of the antenna.With the increase of the antenna aperture,the weight of the horn increases and the weight loss of the quadridged flared horn(QRFH)feed is imminent.Using carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites,which possesses advantages of low density,high specific strength,low swelling coefficient,high thermal stability and corrosion resistance,can effectively solve the weight problem of the QRFH feed.In this paper,the structural design,modeling and manufacturing process of composite fourridged horn are carried out and its feasibility is verified by electrical test,which can provide reference for the subsequent design and engineering application of the composite horn.
