摘  要:国内航空重力仪研制中,通常仅对仪器内部惯性测量单元搁置一层橡胶进行简单的隔振,航空重力仪直接搭载在飞机底板上。面对复杂多变的飞行环境,无法对飞机的高频振动做到有效隔离,从而影响航空重力仪的测量精度。根据振动理论分析和实测结果对相关的振动参数进行优化设计,研制出以橡胶海绵作为一、二级减振器的两级减振系统。试验结果表明,减振系统在三个定频测试中的振动能量衰减达到-60 dB左右,2~100 Hz扫频中的振动能量衰减约-46 dB,隔振效率都在99.5%以上,减振效果十分显著。In development of domestic airborne gravimeter,only a layer of rubber is laid on internal inertial measurement unit of the instrument for simple vibration isolation,and the airborne gravimeter is directly mounted on airplane floor.Facing complex and changeable flight environment,it is impossible to effectively isolate high-frequency vibration of an aircraft,and the measurement accuracy of airborne gravimeter is affected.Here,based on theoretical analysis and measured results of vibration,the optimization design was done for relevant vibration parameters to develop a two-stage vibration reduction system with rubber sponge as the primary and secondary dampers.The test results showed that the vibration energy attenuation of the vibration reduction system in 3 fixed frequency tests is about-60 dB,the vibration energy attenuation in 2-100 Hz frequency sweeping is about-46 dB;the system’s vibration isolation efficiency is more than 99.5%,so its vibration reduction effect is very significant.
