摘  要:在新时代职业教育迎来了新发展、新机遇。职业教育作为以服务社会为宗旨,促进就业为导向的实用型人才培养模式的类型教育,是培养高素质技能人才最高效、最基础的途径,是推动高质量发展的重要支撑,也是建设教育强国的必然要求,与普通高等教育具有同等重要地位。为能更好地贯彻落实党和国家关于“把职业教育摆在教育改革创新和经济社会发展更加突出位置”的指导精神,有必要在职业教育“双创”实施过程中,进一步厘清职业教育理念、定位及其评价等相关问题,这对探索形成新时代中国特色职业教育制度、模式、体系,使其适应我国经济社会快速发展的需求,有着重要的现实意义和理论价值。In the new era,vocational education has ushered in new development and new opportunities.Vocational education,as a type of education in a practical talent training model with the purpose of serving the society and promoting employment,is the most efficient and basic way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,an important support for promoting high-quality development,and an educational power.It has the same important status as general higher education.In order to better implement the guiding spirit of the party and the state on "putting vocational education in a more prominent position in educational reform and innovation and economic and social development",it is necessary to further clarify the concept of vocational education during the implementation of "double innovation" in vocational education.It has important practical significance and theoretical value for exploring the formation of vocational education systems,models and systems with Chinese characteristics in the new era,so as to adapt them to the needs of my country’s rapid economic and social development.
