摘　　要：孟子在继承发展孔子的仁学理论基础上,深入探讨了社会运行发展的管理之道,形成了独具特色的社会管理思想。他合天道与人道,揭示了管理在人类社会运行发展中的作用,阐发了管理的具体实施方法,丰富了儒家的社会管理思想,推进了中华文化精神的发展。深入探析孟子的社会管理思想,对于认识中华文化精神的发展历程,提升当今社会的治理水平,实现社会的和谐进步,具有重要的理论意义。On the basis of inheriting and developing Confucius’benevolence theory,Mencius deeply discussed the management way of social operation and development,and formed a unique social management thought.Starting from the theory of the unity of heaven and humanity,he revealed the role of management in the operation and development of human society,elucidated the specific implementation methods of management,enriched the social management thought of Confucianism and promoted the development of Chinese cultural spirit.An indepth analysis of Mencius’social management thought has important theoretical significance for understanding the development process of Chinese cultural spirit,improving the governance level of today’s society and realizing the harmonious progress of society.
