摘 要:介绍了一种基于SPWM单极性直流母线电压调制的车载逆变器的设计方案,电压输入端为车载蓄电池的12 V电压,输出端为220 V/50 Hz的工频电压。着重对该逆变器的工作原理、主电路拓扑结构、LCL滤波器和DC/AC模块进行了介绍和设计,并对SPWM的调制原理进行了阐述。利用Saber软件进行系统仿真,结果表明输出电流与输出电压相位差基本为0,输出电压具有良好的正弦波形,SPWM单极性直流母线电压调制和LCL滤波器可以有效地降低波形畸变率,抑制谐波的影响,车载逆变器的稳态性能良好。A scheme of vehicle inverter based on SPWM unipolar DC bus voltage modulation was introduced.The voltage input terminal was 12 V of vehicle battery and output terminal was 220 V/50 Hz.The working principle,main circuit topology,LCL filter and DC/AC module of the inverter were introduced and designed emphatically.And then the SPWM modulation principle was described.The system simulation with Saber software showed that the skewing between output current and output voltage was zero nearly.And the output voltage had good sinusoidal waveform.SPWM unipolar DC bus voltage modulation and LCL filter could reduce the waveform distortion rate and suppress the influence of harmonics effectively.Vehicle-mounted inverters had good steady-state performance.
