摘  要:教师教学实践中常遭遇家校合作困境,顺利处理此类困境对维护家校合作关系、发挥育人合力具有重要意义。因此,本研究提出一般性教师决策模型以帮助教师全面思考困境要素,从而做出恰当决策。该模型主要包括关键事件、冲突因素、行为选择、伦理判断和教师反思五个要素。同时,运用该模型分析具体家校合作困境以加强模型的实践性和应用性,应用发现教师决策中更偏好从“我还能如何行动”的角度进行反思,从而丰富了原有模型提出的“我想成为什么样的教师”的反思要素。最后,本研究对模型研究成果应用和教师处理家校合作等类型的困境提出三点建议:充分利用决策模型研究成果,提升实践水平;全面加强对伦理困境的认识,提高应对能力;高度重视家庭教育能力建设,促进家校共育。teachers often encounter the dilemma of home school cooperation in teaching practice.Dealing with this dilemma smoothly is of great significance to maintain the home school cooperative relationship and give full play to the joint force of education.Therefore,this study proposes a teacher decision-making model to help teachers comprehensively think about the elements of dilemma and make appropriate decisions.The model mainly includes five elements:key events,conflict factors,behavior choice,ethical judgment and teacher reflection.At the same time,the model is used to analyze the specific home school cooperation dilemma to strengthen the practicality and application of the model.It is found that teachers prefer to reflect from the perspective of“how can I act”,which enriches the elements of“what kind of teacher I want to be”proposed by the original model.Finally,this study puts forward three suggestions on the application of model research results and teachers’handling of home school cooperation:make full use of the research results of decision-making model to improve practice level;comprehensively strengthen the understanding of ethical dilemma and improve the ability to deal with it;attach great importance to the capacitybuilding of family education and promote cooperation between home and school.
