急性白血病患者血清肝细胞生长因子和血管内皮生长因子水平变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性白血病(AL)患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化及其临床意义。方法抽取2019年10月至2021年10月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的63例AL患者为观察组,同期接待的健康体检者50例为对照组。检测并比较两组血清HGF、VEGF水平,比较观察组中不同疾病类型(急性淋巴细胞白血病30例,急性非淋巴细胞白血病33例)及不同化疗效果者的血清HGF、VEGF水平。结果观察组血清HGF、VEGF水平分别为(1 224.52±285.14)、(727.41±225.95)pg/ml,高于对照组的(332.60±65.24)、(208.13±36.38)pg/ml,P均<0.05。急性淋巴细胞白血病者和急性非淋巴细胞白血病者血清HGF、VEGF比较,差异未见统计学意义(P均>0.05)。诱导缓解化疗1个疗程后,不同化疗效果者血清指标比较,完全缓解患者低于未完全缓解患者(P均<0.05)。结论 AL患者血清HGF、VEGF明显升高,经过化疗治疗,疗效越好则血清HGF、VEGF降低也越显著,因此可将血清HGF、VEGF水平检测用于AL的诊断及预后评估中。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels in patients with acute leukemia(AL).Methods A total of 63 AL patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 50 persons who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum HGF and VEGF were detected and compared between the two groups.The serum HGF and VEGF levels of patients in the observation group with different types of acute leukemia(30 cases with acute lyphoctic lekemia and 33 cases with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia),and with different chemotherapy results were compared.Results The serum levels of HGF and VEGF in the observation group were(1224.52±285.14)pg/ml、(727.41±225.95)pg/ml,higher than the(332.60±65.24)pg/ml and(208.13±36.38)pg/ml in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum HGF and VEGF levels between patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia and patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(both P>0.05).After one course of induction chemotherapy,the serum HGF and VEGF levels in patients with complete remission were lower than those in patients with incomplete remission(allP<0.05).Conclusions Serum HGF and VEGF levels in AL patients are significantly increased.After chemotherapy,patients with obvious decrease in serum HGF and VEGF have better curative effects.Therefore,the detection of serum HGF and VEGF levels can be used in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of AL.
