摘 要:为适应枯水季节的长江中游航道整治护滩结构施工紧迫性,纸板模具已经成功应用于其大面积的混凝土单元排护滩结构工程。文章针对工程应用中的纸板模具刚度问题,采用三点弯曲试验,研究了湿度变化对纸板模具刚度的影响。结果表明:蜂窝纸板弯曲变形分为弹性阶段、屈服阶段和塑性坍塌三个阶段;蜂窝纸板极限弯曲荷载与相对湿度近似呈线性负相关关系;蜂窝纸板弯曲刚度与相对湿度近似呈反比例函数关系;蜂窝纸板屈服挠度随着相对湿度的增加,先增大后减小。For the urgent requirement of very short construction period of cell mattress structure in waterway regulation in dry seasons,the technique of cardboard formwork for molding concrete was proposed and used on the giant area of beach protection in the middle reach of the Yangtze River.With focus on the rigidity changes of cardboard formwork on site,three-point bending tests were presented to study the influence of humidity changes on the rigidity of the cardboard formwork.The results show that the bending deformation of honeycomb paperboard is divided into three stages:elastic stage,yield stage and plastic collapse.The limit bending load of honeycomb paperboard is proximately linearly negatively correlated with relative humidity.The bending stiffness of honeycomb paperboard is approximately inversely proportional to the relative humidity.With the increase of relative humidity,the yield deflection of honeycomb paperboard first increases and then decreases.
