“兵工精神”引领下的专业思政教育模式探索——以西安工业大学机械类专业人才培养为例

摘　　要：为了落实机械类专业人才培养中“立德树人”教育与专业教育的融合度不足的问题,将“兵工精神”作为专业思政教育的价值引领目标。通过对“兵工精神”的专业思政内涵解析和工程教育认证中素养的聚类分析,以培养目标、毕业要求和专业课程教学体系的改进为切入点,形成融入“兵工精神”的价值塑造的机械类专业思政教育模式,并取得明显的人才培养效果。In order to realize the problem of insufficient integration of"foster character and civic virtue education"and professional education in the training of mechanical professional talents,the"ordnance industry spirit"is taken as the value leading goal of professional ideological and political education.The paper analyzes the"ordnance industry spirit"professional education connotation and accomplishment in engineering education accreditation,training objectives,graduation requirements and improvement of the professional course teaching system as a breakthrough point,finally forms into"ordnance industry spirit"the value of the shape of mechanical professional education of education mode,and achieved obvious effect.
