摘 要:混合式培训是气象教育教学改革的未来趋势,以大气科学专业基础知识面授培训班为例,探索混合式培训中面授教学的实施方案,总结出“二类三段一体”教学模式及其16个教学过程。通过教学质量评估,发现任务驱动教学和小组合作学习尤其有助于提高教学满意度。同时,聚焦教师和学生两类群体,从学前、面授教学中、学后三个阶段存在的困境,提出增强培训效果的优化方案,为气象教育混合式培训的面授教学改革创新奠定基础。Mixed training is expected to be future trend for the teaching reform of meteorological training.Taking the training class of basic knowledge of atmospheric science as an example,this paper explores the implementation scheme of face-to-face teaching in mixed training,and summarizes the teaching model of“two classes and three stages being integrated together”and its 16 teaching processes.According to the teaching quality evaluation,we discover that task-driven teaching and cooperative group learning are particularly helpful to improving teaching satisfaction.To solve the difficulties of training from teachers and students,we propose the optimization solutions to enhancing the training effect.The paper can provide theoretical and practical references for the reform and innovation of face-to-face teaching in mixed training of meteorological education.
