摘  要:高校计算机类创新型人才培养是时代所需。分析当前民族地区高校人才创新能力培养存在的关键问题,探索民族高校计算机类学生创新能力的培养途径,从课堂教学方法入手,以学生为中心,以项目为驱动,基于OBE理念,对教学质量持续改进;通过建立创新平台和创建学科竞赛实验班,采用导师制,培养创新人才,并通过引导学生参创参研,提升学生的创新应用能力。实践证明,学生的创新能力得到提升,在学科竞赛、毕业升学等方面成效明显。The cultivation of computer innovative talents in colleges and universities is required by times and education reform. This paper analyzes the key problems existing in the cultivation of talents’ innovative ability in colleges and universities. It also probes into the cultivation of computer students’ innovative ability in ethnic areas. We start with classroom teaching methods, take students as the center, take projects as the drive,and continuously improve the teaching quality based on OBE concept. Through the establishment of innovation platform and the establishment of subject competition experimental class, the tutorial system is adopted to cultivate innovative talents, and the innovative application ability of students is improved by guiding students to participate in innovation and research. It has been proved that the students’ ability of graduation and further study has been significantly improved in practice.
