摘　　要：针对铁路货物运输超偏载检测需求,提出自动轨道衡增加偏载检测功能的技术方案。通过优化自动轨道衡设计,将自动轨道衡机械结构沿车辆运行方向更改为左右相对独立,传感器更改为单路单接模式,在保持称重功能的基础上,实现偏载检测功能。经试验验证,改造后的自动轨道衡满足JJG(铁道)129—2004《铁道货车超偏载检测装置》检定规程中偏载检测要求,与超偏载检测装置配合使用,可以进一步提高装载质量,节省设备投入成本。建设全国自动轨道衡网络检测监测平台,实现自动轨道衡检测数据监测和运行状态监测,可为铁路运输部门超偏载治理提供辅助决策,为自动轨道衡可靠运行提供技术保障,保障铁路运输安全。According to the requirements of overload and unbalanced load detection in railway freight transportation,a technical scheme of adding unbalanced load detection function to automatic rail-weighbridges is proposed.By optimizing the design of automatic rail-weighbridges,the mechanical structure of automatic rail-weighbridges,is changed to relatively independent left and right along the vehicle running direction,and the sensor is changed to single way single connection mode.On the basis of maintaining the weighing function,the unbalanced load detection function is realized.The test result shows that the transformed automatic railweighbridges meets the requirements of unbalanced load detection in the verification regulation of JJG(Railway)129-2004,Detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons.When used in conjunction with the detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons,the loading quality can be further improved and the equipment investment cost can be saved.The construction of the national automatic rail-weighbridges network detection and monitoring platform to realize the national automatic railweighbridges detection data monitoring and operation status monitoring can provide auxiliary decision-making for the overload and unbalanced load treatment of the railway transportation department,provide technical guarantee for the reliable operation of the national automatic rail-weighbridges and ensure the safety of railway transportation.
