摘　　要：评估活动是体育专业硕士研究生培养系统中的反馈调节机制,在培养过程中发挥着重要作用。CIPP评估模型的优势在于注重过程与结果评价的结合,因此将该模型作为一级指标,将各参与者的需求作为相对应的二级指标。该模型能系统科学地把握每个环节的内在联系,建立有效的反馈机制,为评价者提供系统的、全面的信息,防止碎片化的评价,为体育专业硕士人才的培养质量评估体系开辟新的思路。The evaluation activity is the feedback regulation mechanism in the training system of master of physical education,which plays an important role in the process of culture.The advantage of CIPP evaluation model is to pay attention to the combination of process and result evaluation,so the model is taken as the primary index;Take the demands of all participants as the corresponding secondary indicators.The model can systematically and scientifically grasp the internal relationship of each link,establish an effective feedback mechanism,provide systematic and comprehensive information for evaluators,prevent fragmented evaluation,and open up new ideas for the training quality evaluation system of master of Physical Education.
