摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对湖北省专业运动员职业生涯教育现状进行调查,研究分析专业运动员职业生涯教育现状及影响因素,旨在为湖北省专业运动员的职业规划提供一定参考。研究显示,专业运动员接受职业生涯教育程度较低;教练员对专业运动员职业生涯教育的重视、引导不足;体校职业生涯教育师资匮乏;政府对专业运动员职业生涯教育投入与宣传不足。为改变现有状况,建议提升职业认知水平与增强职业生涯教育意识;凸显教练员重视对专业运动员职业生涯教育的引导;各级专业队合理配备职业生涯教育专业教师;政府加大职业生涯教育投入力度和宣传力度。This paper investigates the current situation of professional athletes'career education in Hubei Province by means of literature and questionnaire survey.It studies and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of professional athletes'career education,in order to provide some reference for the career planning of professional athletes in Hubei Province.The research shows:Professional athletes have a low level of career education;Coaches do not pay enough attention to and guide professional athletes'career education;Lack of teachers for career education in sports schools;The government has insufficient investment and publicity in professional athletes'career education.In order to change the current situation,it is suggested to improve the level of career cognition and enhance the awareness of career education;Highlight that coaches attach importance to the guidance of professional athletes'career education;Professional teams at all levels should be reasonably equipped with professional teachers of career education;The government has increased investment and publicity in career education.
