摘 要:针对两步法镀铬工艺,采用电化学实验、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等检测手段,就镀液中H_(2)SiF_(6)与CrO_(3)的含量对镀铬液特性,镀层表面氧化铬和金属铬含量、孔隙率,以及镀铬板电化学性能的影响进行了分析。结果表明,CrO_(3)含量对镀液电导率有明显影响,镀层内铬氧化物的含量以及镀液的pH主要由镀液内H_(2)SiF_(6)的含量所控制。第一步镀铬时,在镀液中H_(2)SiF_(6)为1.75 g/L、CrO_(3)为150 g/L、H_(2)SO_(4)为0.7 g/L的条件下,镀铬板的腐蚀电位较正,腐蚀电流密度较小;在第二步镀铬中,当H_(2)SiF_(6)为0.30 g/L、CrO_(3)为34 g/L、H_(2)SO_(4)为0.35 g/L时,镀铬板腐蚀电位较正,腐蚀电流密度较小。在此条件下镀液具备较高的电导率,所得膜层的孔隙率较低。The effects of H_(2)SiF_(6) and CrO_(3) contents in the baths for two-step chromium plating process on the characteristics of chromium plating bath,the contents of chromium oxide and metallic chromium on chromium coating surface,as well as the porosity and electrochemical properties of the chromium-plated steel sheet were analyzed by electrochemical measurement,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the content of CrO_(3) had an obvious effect on the conductivity of the bath.The content of chromium oxide in the coating and the pH of the bath were mainly controlled by the content of H_(2)SiF_(6) in the bath.The chromium-plated steel sheet prepared from a bath comprising H_(2)SiF_(6)1.75 g/L,CrO_(3)150 g/L,and H_(2)SO_(4)0.7 g/L in the first plating step,or from a bath comprising H_(2)SiF_(6)0.30 g/L,CrO_(3)34 g/L,and H_(2)SO_(4)0.35 g/L in the second plating step had a more positive corrosion potential and lower corrosion current density.Both baths had high conductivity and low-porosity chromium coatings were produced therefrom.
