摘 要:踝关节损伤在体育运动损伤占很大的比例,其解剖学特点也决定了其易受损伤,其中在骨科临床常见疾病中,内翻型损伤最为常见,在关节韧带扭伤类型中发生概率最大,如不及时进行康复治疗,极易造成慢性踝关节不稳。目前,踝关节解剖结构与损伤机制已经获得较为丰富的研究,其损伤的运动生物力学特性也有了较为充分的分析。随着科学技术的不断进步,踝关节动力学、生物建模与三维有限元、表面肌电、三维测力系统等技术也逐渐进入了踝关节损伤的基础研究之中,使踝关节损伤的运动生物力学研究得到发展。Ankle injury accounts for a large proportion of sports injuries,and its anatomical characteristics also determine its susceptibility.Among the common clinical diseases in orthopedics,varus injury is the most common,accounting for the first place of joint ligament sprain.If rehabilitation treatment is not carried out in time,it is very easy to cause chronic ankle instability.At present,the anatomical structure and injury mechanism of ankle have been studied,and the sports biomechanical characteristics of ankle injury have been fully analyzed.With the continuous progress of science and technology,ankle dynamics,biological modeling and three-dimensional finite element,surface electromyography,three-dimensional force measuring system and other technologies have gradually entered the basic research of ankle injury,which has developed the sports biomechanics research of ankle injury.
