摘　　要：目的探究盐酸苯达莫司汀治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者采用针对性护理应用价值及对其生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2021年6月该院收治的66例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,均应用盐酸苯达莫司汀治疗,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各33例。分别实施常规护理、针对性护理,比较两组护理前后情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、不良反应发生率及生活质量[癌症生活质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]。结果护理前两组SAS、SDS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为30.30%,较对照组57.58%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.982,P<0.05);护理前两组EORTC QLQ-C30中各项评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组EORTC QLQ-C30中功能项目评分较对照组高,症状项目评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者应用盐酸苯达莫司汀治疗中实施针对性护理,可改善其情绪状态,降低患者治疗不良反应发生率,改善其生活质量,效果显著。Objective To explore the application value of targeted nursing and its impact on the quality of life of bendamustine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods A total of 66 pa⁃tients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma who were admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with bendamustine hydrochloride,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,33 cases in each group.Routine care and targeted care were implemented.The emotional state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],inci⁃dence of adverse reactions and quality of life[cancer quality of life scale(EORTC QLQ-C30)]were compared be⁃tween the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores be⁃tween the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ad⁃verse reactions in the observation group was 30.30%,which was lower than 57.58%in the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.982,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the functional item score of EORTC QLQC30 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the symptom item score was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing targeted nursing in the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients with bendamustine hydrochloride can improve their emotional state,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve their quality of life,with significant effects.
