摘 要:本文以茶枯粉为原料,采用微波辅助提取法,利用单因素和正交试验优化出提取工艺。以茶枯粉提取物复配叶面肥,制成茶枯基叶面肥,并考究了茶枯基叶面肥对番茄萌发以及番茄植株的生长影响。结果表明,在一定的范围内茶枯基叶面肥对番茄种子及植株的各项生长生理指标均有较为显著的促进作用。浸种最佳浓度为200 mg/L,室外盆栽培育最佳浓度为750 mg/L。这将有助于丰富复合叶面肥的研究进展。In this paper,tea powder was used as raw material,microwave-assisted extraction method was used,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test.Tea litter basal foliar fertilizer was prepared by mixing tea litter powder extract with foliar fertilizer,and the effects of tea litter basal foliar fertilizer on tomato germination and tomato plant growth were investigated.The results showed that in a certain range,tea litter basal foliar fertilizer had a significant promoting effect on the growth and physiological indexes of tomato seeds and plants.The optimal concentration of seed soaking was 200 mg/L,and the optimal concentration of outdoor potted cultivation was 750 mg/L.This is expected to enrich the research progress of compound foliar fertilizer.
