摘 要:目的:评定液相色谱法测定苹果中灭幼脲残留量的不确定度。方法:利用不确定度的数学模型,对可能影响到最终结果的不确定度因素进行评估,得到最终的扩展不确定度。结果:苹果中灭幼脲含量残留量为2.00 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.046 8 mg/kg(k=2)。结论:标准溶液的配制、标准工作曲线的拟合、重复性测定、标准溶液的样品加标是测量不确定度的主要来源。Objective: To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of dichlorfenuron residues in apples by liquid chromatography. Method: Use the mathematical model of uncertainty to evaluate the uncertainty factors that may affect the final result, and obtain the final expanded uncertainty. Result: The residual content of diflubenzuron in apples was 2.00 mg/kg, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.046 8 mg/kg(k=2). Conclusion: The preparation of the standard solution, the fitting of the standard working curve, repeatability determination and the addition of standard samples to the standard solution are the main sources of measurement uncertainty.
