摘　　要：文化的建设与发展是城镇化的归宿和灵魂,高校疏解对迁入地城镇文化发展的影响,奠基于高校自身的文化因子和在地的城镇文化资源,这体现为外来文化因素的汇入、扩散以及对在地文化资源的承继、融合、再造和创生等行为。而其影响则包括城镇新场所精神的孕育、提升整体文化环境、倡导文化传承与创新、扩大公共文化服务的容量并提升其水平、推动文化产业发展和提升文化影响力等六个方面。The construction and development of culture is the destination and essence of urbanization. The influence of university relocation on the cultural development of the local suburban towns is based on the cultural factors of the universities themselves and the local urban cultural resources, which is reflected in the introduction and spread of external cultural factors, as well as the inheritance, convergence, reconstruction and creation of local cultural resources. Its influence includes six aspects, namely nurturing the spirit of new suburban towns, improving the overall cultural environment, advocating cultural inheritance and innovation, expanding the capacity and level of public cultural services, promoting the development of cultural industries and enhancing cultural influence.
