摘　　要：存量时代的城市更新意味着新的“精细化”价值取向,如何认知这种“精细化”价值并与城市设计方法论关联是本研究的出发点。首先,厘清“精细化”“精细化”价值取向和“精细化”城市环境的基本涵义,在此基础上,提出“精细化”导向的城市设计分析框架,即由物质性、社会性和文化性三个维度及其对应的设计方法所组成的相互关联密切的四个圈层;接着,以上海市KJ社区城市更新为例,实证性地探讨“精细化”导向的城市设计分析框架的案例运用,分别从物质性、社会性和文化性等三个维度在不同尺度上展开分析,阐释了三种相对应的“特色性”设计方法,即物质性维度的“15分钟生活圈”系统设计、社会性维度的参与式设计和文化性维度的“烟火气”个性化营造;最后凝练“精细化”导向的城市设计分析框架逻辑导引,指出“精细化”的本质是从机器效率转向人文关怀。Urban renewal in the stocking age means a new "refined" value orientation. How to combine the "refined" urban environment with urban design methodology is the starting point of this study. First, the basic meaning of the "refined", the "refined" value orientation and the "refined" urban environment are clarified. On this basis, the analysis framework of the "refined" oriented urban design is put forward, including four circles consisting of three dimensions of materiality, sociality and culture and the corresponding design methods. Then, taking the urban renewal of KJ Community in Shanghai as a case study, it empirically discusses the specific application of the analysis framework of the " refinement " oriented urban design, and analyzes it at different scales based on the three dimensions, as well as explains three corresponding "characteristic" urban design methods, that is, the systematic analysis of "15-minute life circle" in the material dimension, the participatory planning and design in the social dimension, and the construction of " pyrotechnic atmosphere" in the cultural dimension. Finally, the logic guidance of the analysis framework of the "refinement" oriented urban design is condensed, and the essence of the "refined" is considered as from the machine efficiency to the humanistic care.
