摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌是消化性溃疡、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌及胃黏膜相关淋巴样组织淋巴瘤疾病的主要致病因素,越来越多的学者发现,它还和食管、肝胆、胰腺、结直肠等肿瘤相关,其中和结直肠肿瘤的关系成为目前研究的热点。有证据表明幽门螺杆菌感染可通过促进胃泌素和环氧合酶-2分泌,改变免疫反应和肠道菌群等促进结直肠肿瘤的发生、发展,但也有研究认为两者无明显相关性,两者的关系在诸多方面尚存在争议。该文就幽门螺杆菌感染和结直肠肿瘤的相关性研究作一综述。Helicobacter pylori is the main pathogenic factor of peptic ulcer,chronic atrophic gastritis,gastric cancer and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.More and more scholars have found that it is also associated with tumors of the esophagus,liver and gallbladder,pancreas,and colorectum.Among them,the relationship with colorectal tumors has become a hot research topic.There is evidence that Helicobacter pylori infection can promote the occurrence and development of colorectal tumors by promoting the secretion of gastrin and cyclooxygenase-2,and changing the immune response and intestinal flora.However,some studies have found that there is no obvious correlation between the two,and the relationship between the two is still controversial in many aspects.This article reviews the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and colorectal tumors.
