摘　　要：临床见习是医学生实现基础理论知识向临床实践过渡的桥梁,是将医学理论知识融合到临床实践中来的关键时期。内分泌系统疾病具有病种多、病例疑难、与许多学科之间联系密切等特点,如何提高内分泌见习课的教学质量、提升学生的见习效果,是值得内分泌见习带教老师不断思索、总结、提高的问题。从课前充分准备,到课堂多种教学方法的综合运用,再到课后测试等多个环节,环环相扣,与时俱进,在传统医学教学模式基础上,做出多元化的探索和实践,不断提高教学质量,培养符合新时代需求的综合型医学人才。Clinical internship is a bridge for medical students to realize the transition from basic theoretical knowledge to clinical practice,and it is a critical period for integrating medical theoretical knowledge into clinical practice.Endocrine system diseases have the characteristics of many diseases,difficult cases,and close connection with many disciplines.How to improve the teaching quality of endocrine trainee courses and improve the students'trainee effect is a problem worthy of the endocrine trainee teachers'continuous thinking,summarization and improvement.From the full preparation before class,to the comprehensive application of various teaching methods in the classroom,to the post-class test and other links,it is closely linked and keeps pace with the times.On the basis of the traditional medical teaching mode,make diversified exploration and practice,and continuously improve the teaching quality,to cultivate comprehensive medical talents that meet the needs of the new era.
