城市规划角色转变下的旧城改造规划对策分析

摘　　要：通过数据调查、文献查阅、案例分析等多种方法,对现阶段旧城改造的基本定义、内涵及改造方向等进行详细阐述,在明确旧城改造必要性的基础上,深入探讨目前城市规划角色转变下的旧城改造的主要问题,通过明确人民在旧城改造工作的主体地位后,结合案例分析了旧城改造的具体措施,并进一步指出了基于科学、合理、公平等基本原则进行旧城改造,对顺利推进工程、保障人民利益以及城市发展的现实意义。Through data investigation,literature review,case analysis and other methods,this paper expounds in detail the basic definition,connotation and transformation direction of old city transformation at the present stage.On the basis of clarifying the necessity of old city transformation,this paper probes into the main problems of the old city transformation under the current transformation of the role of urban planning.After clarifying the main position of the people in the old city transformation,combined with cases,this paper analyzes the specific measures of the old city transformation,and further points out that the implementation of the old city transformation based on the basic principles of science,rationality and fairness is beneficial to the smooth progress of the project,the practical significance of ensuring people’s interests and urban development.
