论高校与红色博物馆协同育人机制的构建

摘　　要：与红色博物馆构建协同育人机制是高校实现立德树人教育根本任务的重要途径。高校与红色博物馆在育人方面具有共同的任务、目标和需求,这为二者协同育人机制的构建奠定了基础。然而,在具体的实践过程中,二者存在协同育人意识淡薄、方法单一、制度缺失等问题。故高校和红色博物馆在构建协同育人机制过程中,必须树立协同育人理念,丰富协同育人方法,健全协同育人制度。Synergetic educational mechanism construction with red-culture museums is a pivotal channel for colleges′realizing the essential educational task in fostering students′virtue via positively moralized education.Shared tasks,objectives and demands for educational functions between colleges and red-culture museums lay a solid foundation in synergetic educational mechanism construction.However,there emerged in practice weaknesses like inadequate synergetic educational consciousness,simplistic approaches,absent systems,solutions to which are the concept of synergetic education to be fostered,methods and systems for synergetic education to be enriched and streamlined.
