摘  要:新时代,高校在三维教学目标的引导下构建课程思政教学效果评价机制,有助于高校全面实施课程思政教学、检验课程思政教学质量、提升课程思政育人成效。高校构建课程思政教学效果评价机制要坚持形成性评价与结果性评价相统一、诊断性评价与发展性评价相统一、量化评价与质性评价相结合的原则。目前,评价机制建构还面临着狭隘的认知取向制约效果评价、评价过程中常裹挟着工具理性、学科边界阻碍思政元素的渗透和学科教师难以保证评价科学性等困境。高校必须立足立德树人导向,落实三维教学目标,推动跨学科评价转向,促进评价主体多元化,促进课程思政教学评价机制的科学化建设。Ideo-political teaching effect assessment mechanism construction,headed by the three-dimensional objectives in the new era,conduces to ideo-political teaching implementing,teaching quality assessing and educational effects updating.The assessment mechanism construction is buttressed by the principles of unities in evaluating formation and outcome,diagnosis and progression,and quantity and quality as well.Bottlenecks hitting current mechanism construction are that narrow cognition contains results assessment,that the assessing process gets commixed with instrumental rationality,that disciplinary fringes hinder ideo-political values infiltrating and that scientific evaluation is clumsily ensured from teachers.Colleges must channel their students with positive political moral values,put three-dimensional teaching objectives into action,promote interdisciplinary evaluation transformation,advance diverse assessing subjects and further a scientific construction of ideo-political teaching assessment mechanism.
