摘 要:为探讨北京油鸡与吉林黄鸡杂种优势,采用北京油鸡与吉林黄鸡进行正反交试验,观测亲本组与杂交组的体型外貌特征,生长体尺性状,比较各检测指标的杂种优势选育更好的杂交组合。杂交试验结果表明,无论正反交F_(1)代均不表现一致的外貌特征,其中反交HY F_(1)代群体与北京油鸡表型更加接近,表现为冠羽率高达70.71%,多趾率高达73.74%,胫羽、趾羽率高达88.89%。生长体尺方面正交YH数值更接近吉林黄鸡亲本(HH),反交HY数值更接近于北京油鸡亲本(YY)。生长体尺数据YH>HY,胫围YY数值最大。杂交优势率正交YH要优于反交HY,正交YH的体重杂交优势率达到最大值为6.0334%。本试验为北京油鸡和吉林黄鸡杂种优势培育新的优质鸡配套系提供理论依据。In order to explore the heterosis of Beijing-You Chicken(Y)and Jilin-Huang chickens(H),the reciprocal crossing F_(1) population were developed in this experiment,in which the positive cross was Y male cross H female(Y♂×H♀)and the negative cross was H male mate Y female(H♂×Y♀).The phenotype and growth traits were measured and the indexes of heterosis based on growth traits were calculated.The results of hybridization test showed the F_(1) generation showed different appearance characteristics.The phenotype of HY F_(1) population was similar Y,the rate crown feather was 70.71%,the rate of multi-toe was 73.74%,and the rate of tibial feather and toe feather were 88.89%.The growth traits comparison showed the F_(1) population performances were closer to the female parent.This means YH was close to H and HY was close to Y on growth traits.In body size data,YH had better performance than HY.In all populations,YY had the largest tibia circumference value.The heterosis analysis displayed that YH performance was better than HY,and the weight heterosis rate of cross YH is 6.0334%.In conclusion,this study provided the theoretical evidence for breeding high-qualify chicken using Beijing Oil Chicken and Jilin yellow chickens.
