摘　　要：以网络信息技术为基础,配合多种线上工具,分析在线教学活动中教师和学生面临的诸多问题,改革教学模式,精心设计教学环节,完成“烟草工艺与调香”线上教学任务。在课程实践中,探究“任务驱动”教学模式在专业课程中应用,建立有效的评价机制,为专业课程线上线下教学改革提供新的思路。After analysing problems of teachers and students in online teaching activities,reformed teaching mode,carefully designed teaching procedures,we completed the online teaching of course of Tobacco Technology and Flavor by mixing a variety of online tools based on network information technology.In course practice,we explored the application of“task driven”teaching mode in professional courses,established an effective evaluation mechanism,and provided a new idea for online and offline teaching reforms of professional courses.
