摘　　要：目的探究生长抑素联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化伴消化道出血的效果。方法将2018年3月至2021年3月于我院就诊的106例肝硬化伴消化道出血患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(53例,奥曲肽)与研究组(53例,生长抑素+奥曲肽)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的肝脏血流动力学指标、凝血功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的输血量显著少于对照组,止血时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化伴消化道出血的效果显著,可改善患者的肝脏血流动力学及凝血功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of somatostatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 106 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were divided into control group(53cases, octreotide) and study group(53 cases, somatostatin + octreotide) according to random number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the indexes of liver hemodynamics and coagulation function in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The amount of blood transfusion in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the hemostasis time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Somatostatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding has a significant effect, and it can improve the liver hemodynamics and coagulation function of patients, which is worth popularizing.
