摘　　要：穴位磁疗法是以经络学说为理论依据,应用经颅磁治疗仪或磁贴所产生的磁场作用于特定腧穴的治疗方法。经大量临床试验证实其对多种常见脑病行之有效。本文通过论述中医对穴位磁疗法的认识、现代医学对其机制研究、穴位磁疗法的临床应用及未来展望等,总结近几年来穴位磁疗法的研究现状,阐明与其他疗法相结合所取得的成绩和广阔的应用前景,以求更好地指导临床工作和科学研究。Acupoint magnetic therapy is a treatment method that applies the magnetic field generated by transcranial magnetic therapeutic apparatus or magnetic paste to specific acupoints based on meridian theory. A large number of clinical trials have confirmed that it is effective for a variety of common encephalopathy. This paper summarizes the research status of acupoint magnetic therapy in recent years by discussing the understanding of acupoint magnetic therapy in traditional Chinese medicine, the research on its mechanism in modern medicine, the clinical application and future prospects of acupoint magnetic therapy, and expounds the achievements and broad application prospects of acupoint magnetic therapy combined with other therapies in order to better guide clinical work and scientific research.
