基于“神机气立”理论探析甘姜苓术汤治疗甲状腺功能减退症

摘　　要：“神机气立”理论源于《黄帝内经》,可用于分析人体疾病的发生、发展规律。神机气立是人体一切生命活动的基础,也是人体“生化”的物质保障,一旦有损,病变立见;一旦有失,化绝机息。甲状腺功能减退症的核心病机为阳虚,病变在脾肾,可涉及心,常伴痰浊、血瘀等病理产物。甘姜苓术汤四药皆入中焦,功可健脾化湿、温阳通痹,用于治疗甲状腺功能减退症疗效确切。The theory of Shen Ji Qi Li is derived from Huang Di Nei Jing,and it can be used to analyze the occurrence and development of human diseases.Shen Ji Qi Li is the foundation of all life activities in human and the material guarantee for the "biochemistry" of the human body.Once damaged,the disease will occur immediately.The core pathogenesis of hypothyroidism is Yang deficiency,and the disease location is in the Spleen and Kidney,with the Heart involved usually,and is often accompanied by pathological products such as Phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.All of the four herbs in Gan Jiang Ling Zhu Decoction can enter the middle Jiao,to invigorate the Spleen and dispel Dampness,warm the Yang and remove arthralgia syndrome.It is effective in treating hypothyroidism.
