摘 要:对铝制八角管应用于车身焊接定位抓手进行研究,提出了针对抓手性能进行抓料和定位变形、框架刚度、疲劳分析的有限元仿真研究方法,综合比较改进的八角管抓手与传统钢框架抓手的性能差异,对其应用提出建议:常规框架及单根梁结构的八角管定位抓手通过结构优化可应用于车身制造中;悬臂式钢框架定位抓手采用八角管结构,刚度较弱,不推荐使用。通过八角管轻量化定位抓手的应用,并在实车中进行尺寸验证,可使抓手减重约20%,从而实现降本增效。In this article, the analysis is conducted on the aluminum octagonal-tube lightweight location gripper which is applied in terms of car body manufacturing. The finite-element simulation is proposed to explore gripper handling and location deformation, frame stiffness and fatigue performance. The suggestions of application of the octagonal-tube gripper are drawn based on the comparison of performance between the improved octagonal-tube gripper and the traditional steer gripper: the aluminum octagonal tube with normal frame and single bar gripper can be applied in terms of car body manufacturing by means of structure optimization;for the cantilever gripper, it is not suggested to use the aluminum octagonal tube as its stiffness is minor. Thanks to application of the aluminum octagonal-tube lightweight location gripper and size validation in real cars, the gripper has witnessed weight reduction by about 20%. It is helpful for cost reduction and benefit improvement.
