生慧汤加味联合多奈哌齐治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍肾精亏虚证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生慧汤加味联合多奈哌齐治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍肾精亏虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取82例老年轻度认知功能障碍肾精亏虚证患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予生慧汤加味治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、Barthel指数、延迟回忆量表(DVR)评分。结果:观察组有效率87.80%,高于对照组68.29%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MoCA、Barthel指数、DVR评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组MoCA、Barthel指数、DVR评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生慧汤加味联合多奈哌齐治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍肾精亏虚证,能有效改善患者的认知功能,提高其生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Shenghui tang combined with Donepezil on senile mild cognitive impairment with kidney essence depletion syndrome.Methods:A total of 82 elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment with kidney essence depletion syndrome were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Donepezil hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Shenghui tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical effect as well as scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),Barthel Index and Delayed Verbal Recall(DVR)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 87.80%in the observation group,higher than that of 68.29%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MoCA,Barthel Index and DVR in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Shenghui tang combined with Donepezil for senile mild cognitive impairment with kidney essence depletion syndrome can effectively improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients.
